Check-in and check-out

At check-in, all guests must present a valid form of identification, such as a national ID card or a valid driver’s license.
Guests from non-EU countries are required to present a valid passport.
Please note: photocopies or digital images of documents will not be accepted.

Important: A residence permit alone is not accepted as a valid ID for check-in. You must also provide one of the valid identity documents mentioned above.

Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking conditions may vary depending on the period of your stay.

  • Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
  • Each quote clearly specifies the applicable cancellation policy based on the selected dates.
  • In case of no-show or late cancellation, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.

How do room rates work?

Rates are shown at the time of booking and vary depending on the season, room type, and selected package.

Are my personal data secure?

Guest documents are registered in our internal system upon check-in and the registration form is sent to the local police authority, as required by Italian law.
Stay information can only be requested by the guest, who must identify themselves with valid ID.
We are not allowed to provide data, invoices, or receipts to third parties under any circumstances.

Lost and Found: Did you forget something at the hotel?

If you realize you've left something behind after check-out, please email our staff at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., attaching a valid ID and including:

  • Full name
  • Description of the lost item
  • Date of check-out

We will begin searching immediately and update you as soon as possible.
If the item is found, you may:

  • Pick it up at the hotel with valid ID
  • Arrange a courier pickup and inform our staff of the date

Can minors stay alone or book a room at the hotel?

Minors may only stay if accompanied by at least one parent and presenting a valid ID at check-in.
If accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, the parents must complete an authorization form for minors and provide a copy of their ID.
Minors are not allowed to book rooms independently.

What is a pre-authorization?

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold on a specific amount on your credit card. This amount reduces the available credit but does not result in a transaction or bank movement — it is not a charge. A pre-authorization can also be placed on a prepaid card, provided it is sufficiently funded.
The amount may be charged at check-out or in case of no-show or other cases provided for in the booking conditions.

MO.OM Hotel is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Upon request, we also provide bowls and relaxation beds for your furry companions.
