At the check-in guests must show a valid id such as a valid id card or driving licence. Guests from abroad (extra UE) will need to show their passport. Photos or photocopies of the documents will not be accepted.
Attention: the residence permit must always be accompanied by a valid document among those mentioned above.
A pre-authorisation is a temporar blocking of a specific amount on a credit card; thi amount will be deducted from the credit card ceiling and consequently will not generate any type of bank movement on the current account, because not yet accounted for; that’s why it is not a charge. The amount can be collected at the check-out only upon guest’s permission.
The documents are recorded in our operating system during check-in and the registration form is sent to the police station as per Italian legislation.
Informations about the stay can be requested only by the guest himself, who must identify himself with a valid identification document. It is not allowed in any way to provide data, tax receipts or invoices at the request of third parties.
If after checking out, you notice that you have forgotten an item in your room, you can contact our staff by sending an e-mail to info@moomhotel.com stating your surname, the lost item and the check-out date, attaching an identification document. We will immediately search for the same, communicating the result nof the research promptly. In the event that the item is found, you can collect it a our event that the item is found, you can collect it at our property at any time with a document of recognition or you can organize the collect with delivery; in this case please advise the staff about the date set.
Minors can stay at the hotel only if accompanied by at least one parent, showing, at check-in, an identification document or if accompanied by an adult other than parents, provided that the latter draw up the authorization form for minors in the hotel and attach a copy of their id. Minors are also not allowed to book a room.
